Outlook 2003 failed to start properly

I run WinXP SP2 & MS Office Pro 2003 SP1. I've started receiving an error on
Outlook 2003 startup - "An extension failed to initialize". After I click on
"OK" Outlook starts fine.

This symptom started the other day after I unistalled PocketMirror 3.1.7
which I use for synching my Palm Tungsten T with Outlook (Palm was showing a
Fatal Error when synching w/Outlook so I decided to unistall PocketMirror for
a while). Re-installed PocketMirror and Palm syncs fine now but the Outlook
still shows the same error at startup.

I've searched the KB but couldn't find anything related. Any ideas how to
fix this?
