Outlook 2003 Navigation bar link to Local Hard Disk

Is it possible to add a My Computer Icon so you can view all the folders
within a Local Hard Disk in the Navigation Bar.
If so is it possible that you can drag & drop emails from the Inbox to a
Location
on the local Hard disk in the Navigation bar?

you can add a link to windows explorer but it opens windows explorer, not my
computer within the outlook window. You can drag items to a folder in
Windows explorer though.

Our MD says he has seen someones Outlook set up so he can change the view to
WIndows Explorer & this allows him to View the Folders & files on his C
Drive within Outlook.
The user then just drags & drops his email into his Folders on the C Drive
withyout leaving Outlook.

I wondered if someone could have made a COM plug in or modified Outlook in
some way to allow this to work?
If so does anyone k ow how to do it?

Outlook 2000 allows that - it was removed in later versions though.
