Outlook 2003 / Offline Folder File (.ost)

I am getting this error message "Outlook is using an old copy of your Offline
Folder File (.ost). Exit Outlook, delete the .ost file, and restart Outlook."
I have searched for this file and cannot find it. Does anyone know where to
look for it? Thanks,

It's a hidden file. Use Windows Explorer to unhide files and folders and make
suer you can see all file extensions. Then use your search function (Start >
Search) to look for *.ost.
Make sure you leave Outlook closed when you delete this file. It will
recreate itself when you open Outlook again and synchronize.
