Outlook 2003- problem when using send on Behalf to external recipi

How do you get the delegate's name to show up in the header when you send an
email to someone outside of your organization? When I send an email on
Behalf of #Outlook mailbox (mailbox that I am a delegate for), instead of
showing my name (thomas) on behalf of #outlook mailbox, it only shows
#outlook mailbox in the from field when I send it outside of our company.
How can I get it to show the actual send's name on behalf of delegator's
mailbox in the from field like it does with internal mail?
