When I send a message I get the read receipts back, but the original message
does not get notified of the user reading the email. The only way to track
who has read the email's is to keep every read receipt and that is becoming a
hassle. The way I have it set up is with a rule that every email, sent from a
specific account, is sent with a read receipt. By default all emails are not
sent with a read receipt and the rule then adds it on. I also have a rule to
move all read receipts that are sent back to me into a folder (turning this
off does not help issue).
