Outlook 2003 reply or forward incoming Mail problem

Hi everyone,

I have problem with my outlook 2003, I have 2 accounts. One is Exchange
Server, another on is Internet E-mail (pop3 account). Everything work fine,
but when I try to reply or forward any incoming E-mail (from pop3 account).
It will auto. sent via to the pop3 account. Therefore, I cannot reply and CC
an E-mail to any internal user. I can select the account to use Exchange
Server when I reply or forward. Also, I set the default account as Exchange
Server. What setting should I set or change to allow me to reply or
forwarding any E-mail via my Exchange Server? Please Advise.
