After using Outlook 2003 for about 1 year, it suddenly stopped working
properly. When I start the program, it appears to load properly, then gets
minimized, and an Outlook icon appears in the lower right corner of the
windows screen. When I put my cursor on the icon, it disappears. My
anti-virus and spyware software is up-to-date. I've searched Microsoft's
Knowledge-base but couldn't find a description of this problem. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
