When I try to start Outlook 2007, all I get is a blank white screen. The
mouse cursor is still an arrow and not an hourglass, and I am able to kill
the program using the Task Manager.
I have not been able to go through the Setup Wizard because of this problem,
so Outlook has never actually been set up to recieve E-mail on this computer.
