Outlook 2007 - redownloading a message

I have a message whick is on a pop server and downloads with all the .jpg
attachments correctly from other email programs but is corrupt in my outlook
2007 inbox. (the first jpg is corupt and the other 4 did not download at all)
Is there a way to get that message to re-download from the server to outlook?

Perhaps if you used your ISP's web interface, moved the message out of the
Iinbox to another server folder, then moved it back, Outlook might consider
it a new message and redownload it. This definitely won't work, however, if
you have Outlook delete messages it downloads.
