OUTLOOK 2007 WON'T SEND OR RECIEVE EMAIL

I recently started setting up a microsoft exchange email client on my outlook
2007.
Vista OS. When the setup failed and I returned to my original email POP 3
outlook I could not send or recieve emails. The message is that outlook can
not start due to missing files. If some one can help me I would apreciate it
as this is my business account and I need to get to and send emails hourly.

Outlook doesn't return errors like that. What is the exact error message you
get?

Good to hear from someone...ok here is the message "OUTLOOK CAN'T START DUE
TO DATA FILE MISSING SEND AND RECIEVE CAN'T BE FOUND TO ADD DATA FILE
PERSONAL FOLDER FILE DOUBLE CLICK MAIL IN THE CONTROL PANEL."
