Outlook account - error message regarding the SSL and Port

My Outlook account gives me an error message that the SSL and Port info isn't
correct, but I've checked with our server administrator and it is submitted
correctly. I tried to get a GoDaddy.com email account to work on Outlook,
and that doesn't work either. So I'm thinking it's the Outlook, and not the
servers. I'm not very technical, and own a small company with no tech dept.
Any suggestions?
