outlook... after adding web exchange login

Hello, a question on Outlook...I had attempted to configure my outlook to
get mail from mail.microsoft.com exchange server. I couldnt get it to work so
i removed the account. But now outlook says it is "offline" in lower right
hand window frame. And also it will not send or recieve automatically unless
i click on send/recieve.

Is there a way to reset it so it works normally?
