Outlook and Fax.tif files

We receive our faxes thru Microsoft Outlook 2003. They come in a
fax.tif files. We have done this for about 3 years now. I have a
user who has just received the error "Can't create file: FAX.TIF.
Right -click the folder you want to create the file in, and then click
Properties on shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder.

Nothing has changed on her permissions, in fact I can log in as
another person I can view the faxes just fine. I have even logged on
as this user on another workstation and I can view the faxes just
fine. I have run a detect and repair on the Outlook and it is fine.
I am wondering if it her profile?

Most like an Outlook Secure Temp Folder problem.

With Outlook closed, click Start>Run and enter %TEMP% in the Open field.
Click OK. You should see a Windows Explorer window with the folder list in
the left-hand pane. (If you don't see the folder list in Windows XP, click
the Folders button in the toolbar.) Just below the folder named Temp you
should see one called Temporary Internet Files. Click the plus sign to its
left. You should then see a subfolder whose name starts with OLK. Select
this folder so that it's contents display in the right-hand pane. Click
Edit>Select All and then click the Delete button (or press Delete or click
File>Delete). Close the Explorer window and restart Outlook. Your
attachment should open now.
