Outlook cannot save the file

We run Outlook 2007 in Terminal Services 2003. We upgraded from Outlook 2003
a couple of weeks ago and ever since then we cannot save an attachment to the
local client drive. You first have to save it into your TS session then copy
it over. Before the upgrade we could do this without any problems. To be
clear we can still see the drive but attempting to save to it causes the
error, "Outlook cannot save the file". Any ideas why this changed in Outlook
2007?
