Outlook cant send messages or delete emails.

Old Misery

Everytime I try to delete emails I get the error message that "errors have
been detected in C:\user\(my
name)\appdata\local\microsoft\outlook\outlook.pst." And it tells me to use
the inbox repair tool (scanpst.exe). But I can't find it! I tried searching
for it with no luck. I have sm. business 2007 and am running vista. Please
help! I can't send emails.

Specifying WHICH version of Outlook will reduce the match count.

You didn't specify WHICH version of Outlook that you use. You also
did not mention the SIZE of your .pst file(s).
