Outlook contacts & calendar sync with groove automatically

How to sync contacts & calendar with Groove automatically. Can anybody help
me to resolve the issue. I am using Outlook 2003 with SP2.

Hi Manas ,

Based on my experience, there is one feature we can use to sync the Calendar
from Groove to Outlook automatically.

From Groove to Outlook:
1. In one workspace, add one Calendar tool.
2. Choose this Calendar tool, click Options>Publish All Events to Outlook.
3. Click Yes on the prompt-up window, create a new Event in this Calendar.
4. Return to Outlook, you will find that this event is added into Outlook
automatically.
However, we need to Note that:

1. This function works well at the first time.
2. When you add another one in this Calendar tool, the second event will not
sync automatically. You need to open it again and make some modification and
click Ok. At this time, this second event will be sync into Outlook
automatically.

From Outlook to Groove:
Based on my experience, we need to use the "Send to Groove" button to do the
sync manually.
