Dear all,
Here's an interesting problem. I use two e-mail accounts
on outlook 2003 with win xp pro. I noticed two weeks ago
that despite outlook saying send/receive complete, e-
mails from one account were not being downloaded into
outlook. They are definately there because i can see them
on the webmail.
I have been in contact with microsoft tech support who
really don't seem to have an idea what to do. We have
gone through all troubleshooting steps (from registry to
telnet to reinstallation). I even completely formatted
the C: drive and started over but surprisingly the
problem still persists. Any other ideas....please e-mail
