Outlook email format lost when sending to ON

Pierre

I have always used the "send to One Note" option within Outlook to send
emails in notebooks. Those emails have always retained their formatting once
in ON. But now, for some reason, they have stopped. They only come in as
plain text. All the formatting is lost. I haven't changed any options in
either Outlook or ON. I've looked around but can't seem to find an option
relating to this. Does anyone know of such an option? or why this suddenly
happened?

thanks.

Did you change your default paste option to text recently? It shouldn't
affect this, but it might.

Thanks Kathy. I checked, but all the paste options are set to "keep source
formatting", and it's the default.

The odd thing today is that *some* of the emails have started showing up
formatted in ON again (after a reboot). Not all. I can't find a pattern yet.
It's not the sender, and it doesn't seem to be content either: some emails
are just a "no email trail" and don't format when arriving in ON, but others
are long but arrive formatted and pretty. I don't get it....

Hi Frank, have you find any solution to this problem since? I just have the same problem right now. Thanks and best. Kai
