Outlook event planning file

I'm looking at ways on how to download entire calendars and exchange
them with others. For example, there is a way to set up all family
birthdays, name days, bank holidays, etc and at a touch of a button
have them downloaded into Outlook & have the file shared by as many
people as you want. My client sends me such files for the Grand Prix
racing, Super 14 rugby, 6 nations, etc.

Can anyone help?

Outlook 2007 supports emailing the entire calendar as an ics or publishing
it on the web. The ics will not work correctly with old versions of outlook,
but will work with outlook 2003 and Vista's calendar as well as other
calendar applications.

I will be upgrading to 2007 soon, so a solution for either would be
appreciated.

Hi Dianne, many thanks for your advice

What about 2003? have you any information on that?

Thanks

Outlook 2003 really doesn't offer any easy way to share with others unless
you use exchange server or paid hotmail/msn/live accts. You can publish the
calendar as a webpage they can view in any browser... or "invite" them to
appointment with meeting requests.
