Outlook Express 6 How do I re-install the address book?

I was trying to click and drag addresses from my contact file to my share
folder file and the address book jambed up. Now I can't send or reply to a
email because the Address Book can't open and say's to re-install it. Can
anybody help? Or, how can I remove and re-install Outlook Express 6?
