Outlook Express 6

I am having a problem attaching reduced size photographs to my email
messages. When I select a particular photograph from a Windows photograph
folder to email and then select the box to send it by reduced size...it is
not working...All I get is a "Windows Installeer" box saying I need a certain
file from Office 200- to do it.

Is there a Microsoft diagnostic tool so that I can check all the files in my
Outlook Express 6 email program? Any help would really be appreciated? Thanks.

You should ask in a newsgroup that supports Outlook Express. OE is part of
Internet Explorer, not Microsoft Office (which Outlook is part of). You'll
get an expert answer there.
