I have upgraded ffrom Outlook 2000 to 2003. Eversince I have slow uploading
times. I thought it was a network thing, cause if I try to change from one
drive to the next it is a pretty good wait. But I tried going off the C drive
and it is just as sluggish. So it leads me to think that it is really a
software issue. Anyone have a clue? It annoying, but I'm living with it. I
would like to figure it out.
