outlook forms - problems when recipients reply to message

Hello, I am posting this on behalf of a colleague who has created a form in
outlook. The form is then sent as a message but when the recipient clicks on
reply it forces the form to become an attachment but the sender wants to see
the form in the message body not attachment. They can get round this by
asking the recipient to 'forward' the e-mail rather than reply but this seems
a long-way round it and also there is more scope for errors!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thankyou

This is something the designer of the form would have to take care of by changing the properties of the Reply action to use a custom form published in the Organizational Forms library.

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at http://www.microsoft.com/office/com...spx?dg=microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms
