Outlook macros

Hi there,
What do I need installed if I want to create some macros inside
Outlook 2000 or Outlook 2003?
Is it an add on with office like visual basic for applications?
Any books you recommend?

You need to install VBA from your Outlook or Office CD if you didn't do it
initially. Click system panel, software, add/remove features, Microsoft
Office, edit.
