Over the past week we have been experiencing some users not able to receive
their email from our POP3 host. Outlook shows that the messages are
downloading, but once finished, there is nothing in the Inbox or any of the
filtered subfolders.
We recently moved our network to Active Directory and have been having other
"strange" problems not related to Outlook, but I'm wondering if this may have
something to do with it.
I've spoken to our POP3 host and they say there's nothing on their end that
shows up as being a glaring problem to cause this kind of anomaly.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, any and all information would be
greatly appreciated as this seems to becoming an everyday issue with our
users.
FYI: this is a corporate environment, 220+ users and email accounts. No
Exchange server involved. POP3 host is 3rd party.
Thanks in advance.
