Outlook not responding

Hello, about two weeks ago, I installed Outlook onto my new Laptop. Outlook
would not retain the passwords for each account, Now, Outlook will not
respond at all. I have to go into task manager to cancel it out. Can
someone please help me out. Thank you

How about a few details, like WIndows version, Outlook version, account
type, error messages display, and so on? No one here is psychic.
