We are an education school trying to send our class schedule/Ad (done in Word)
Some of them will allow us to use an Introduction screen. It appears in
Outlook
We get it by : File, Send to, Mail Recipient.
The Outlook box says: To, CC, Bcc, Subject and then "Introduction"
The introduction screen allows us to individualize the ad specifically to
the recipient without altering the Word document.
The problem is 1/2 of the time we can get this "Introduction" screen to
appear and the other 1/2 of the time (different ads) we can't.
Does anyone out there know if this is an Outlook or a Word issue? I have
spent over 2 hours of my time and 2 secretaries time + my network group
trying to solve this problem. Any help would be appreciated.
I need to know how we get the "Introduction" screen to appear on more
documents being sent without constantly re-purposing the original one.
