outlook.pst limit reached

My outlook.pst file is just over 2 GB. How can I start over with a
brand new outlook.pst file? Please help.

I see New->Personal Folders File (.pst), however under Tools->Accounts,
how do I set the transmission of emails to the new file? I don't see
anything under "Properties" button. Please help.

Sounds like we are talking about Outlook 2000 here then (that is why you
should always post your version of Outlook). Through Control Panel-> Mail
you should be able to change your default delivery location.
