Outlook "remembers" old email addresses

Hi,

When I start typing an email address, Outlook automatically fills in
the rest - however often it uses an out of date address, even though
I've updated it in Contacts.

Is there some way to clean out the buffer of remembered email addresses
so when it does autofill is only uses current addresses (or ones in
Contacts)?

Autocompletion does not use your Contacts data.
Remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by highlighting
the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your arrow key to
migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of
the field. If your autocomplete list contains only a single entry, use the
directions here:
