I have the same problem that some others have had for certain domains when
DNS has not updated to one server it rejects the message and sends through
my other server. The logging suggestion worked really well, which is how I
figured out the DNS issue on the mail server side. So thank you for that
post.
However, is there a way to make it reject the message instead?
I know there are a lot of others that have tried to use Outlook this way and
if one mail server goes down I would hate to have all messages relay through
an account while it posts (not on behalf of but actually as) the other
account address. Has anyone found a mail client a little more adaptive to
this working environment?
Please advise, any help would be appreciated.
