Face it... when most people search for a keyword in email (or any other
document) they are looking for something recent. When conducting a keyword
search in Outlook 2003 it begins with the oldest entries. Unless I have
missed something, there is no way to change it to start with the most recent,
which would be very helpful.
Example: For business reasons I keep all relevant emails... and currently
have over 5 years worth in a combination of online (Exchange) and offline
(PST) files. If I want to find an email, the search function spends a lot of
time returning entries from 1999.... which is not particularly useful.
