Outlook should let search folders be grouped into folder trees

I'm a project manager and I want to set up a full tree of search folders
(containing open/follow up items) with the customer on the top level of the
tree and each project in the next level. Creating a folder tree of open
items using search folders would not only be a convenient way to group all
open issues and review them, but would also allow for MUCH greater
organization of open/follow up issues than simply making a few search folders
and putting them in the favorite folder list.

(I posted this issue already but am now going through the MS suggestion
wizard. I apologize if it ends up routing to the same place)
