I have read through most of the post and have not seen the answer to this
one....
Many people are having trouble with setting Word to be email editor, instead
of Outlook - but my problem is when I reply to a message, Outlook freezes up
and says it needs to close because there was a problem with Word. It ask it I
want to recover the document - if I click yes, then Word opens up as a temp
file with the text of the email in it. When I close word it ask me if I want
to save the template. If I click no, then Outlook shuts down.
I can send new messages, but can not reply to message.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled office xp and as well as all of the
updates.
I can turn off the word email editor to reply to messages, but I like using
it.
Any advice???
