Outlook so it will send an email immediately when send is clicked

When I click Send, the stays in the Outbox until I click Send/Receive or the
auto Send/Receive activates. How can I make it Send immediately?

Click Tools>Options>Mail Setup. Check the "Send immediately when connected"
