Outlook Start-up

Every time Outlooks is started a Microsoft Office window comes up and states
a certain file is not an Outlook Add-in. How do I stop that from happening? I
look for the file and it can't be found! Thank you. (Microsoft Outlook 2002)

With Outlook closed, try deleting the (ususally hidden) file
%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\extend.dat
(in XP) or
%LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Outlook\extend.dat (in Vista).
