I know you can create Templates in outlook and have them pushed out in the
Organizational forms. But is there a way that you can lock down certain
templates so that only people in a certain Security groups can open and use
them. We are running Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003 SP1. We are looking at
switching over to Exchange 2007 and Office 2007 later this year but i need
this function now if it possible.
