Outlook Today : Showing Shared Tasks

I am using Outlook 2003 on a Windows XP PC. I view 2 mailboxes, mine and IT.
We are going to allow users to add tasks to the IT mailbox for the IT
deparment to complete. I wish to customise my Outlook Today so that I can
see My Tasks AND the IT Tasks from the IT MailBox.

Can this be done?

Dear Chris,

The Outlook Taday function is limited to the personal mailbox or a local PST
file.

You could try this freeeware "Public ShareFolder Today":
http://www.publicshareware.com/addon/outlook-addon-today.htm

It is developed for our PST sharing solution to have an "Outlook Today" for
our "Public Folders" but we think it normaly must also work with Exchange
mailboxes. We never test it with Exchange.

Maybe you can test it in your Exchane environment and let us now if it will
work.

It is a freeware addin for Outlook.
