Hi,
I have a user who signed in to his computer under the domain and his
username. When I load outlook 2002 it asks for username, password and domain.
I provide these details, but it says username/password/domain incorrect. I am
typing them correctly and tried several variations of each.
I tried to delete the email account in outlook and set it up again, but
still no joy. i've tried repairing and setting all settings to default. It
still asks for this information.
He can access his email using another computer with outlook installed -
setup by myself.
I tried setting up my own email account using outlook on that computer and
it still doesn't accept my username/password/domain.
Does anyone know why this could be happening?
