This may be a long one....Outlook XP is used by most of my users, some have

Our company is in the process of moving from an aging Exchange 5.5 server to
an offsite Exchange 2003 solution. Since our current server is highly
unreliable, I want to move our user's data so that email, calendar, contacts
are all stored in a PST file in their Home Directory, so that any new emails
are delivered from the Exchange server to their Outlook (and into their PST
file.) When we do this, it does not leave a copy of the email on the server.
Is there a way to have the emails come down to their Outlook and into the
PST file, but also leave a copy on the server?
I may have some follow up questions.
