Parallel Tasks

I need to link 2 or more parallel tasks (1 month duration) so that they
always start togther even if I drag one or the other(on Ganntt View) out to
start a month later ie by dragging just one (any one in the sequence) it will
always drag the other tasks insync so that the tasks are always exactly in
parallel. Is this possible?

Yes but it will probably require the use of an advanced feature of
Project, namely VBA.

The best you can do with a simple link (i.e. Predecessors field) is to
sequentially link each task in a start-to-start relationship. The
problem is, moving the "top" task will move all the rest but moving any
other tasks will only move those tasks below it.
