Phantom Entities in Viso for Enterprise Architects

I'm using Visio for Enterprise Architects to construct a database ER
Realtionship diagram. Ideally, I would like to be able to use the automatic
DDL generation functionality built-in, but I'm having some issues; Namely,
these "Phantom Entities".

When I try to Error Check my Model I get the error message:

error C2118: 'AccountReturnHistory' : Table/Entity has no primary identifier
defined.

If I double-click the error, I get a popup error message saying, 'This
entity has not been placed on the diagram. To view information about this
entity, please drag it to the diagram.'

Now call me crazy, but how can I drag an entity to the diagram that I can't
see?

The only workaround that I've discovered so far is to select all of the
objects in my diagram and copy them over to a new diagram. This will not
copy the invisible objects, and my model will validate fine. Still, I'd like
to get to the bottom of this "phantom entity" issue.

I'm relatively new to Visio so it's very possible this is a newbie mistake.
Searching the web didn't get me very far either.

Thanks in Advance!

Choose Database -> View -> Tables and views
Drag the phantom objects from the Tables and views to your model and delete
them.
