When putting in a phone number on one particular machine with office xp the
format of the phone number does not auto correct itself to the correct
format. It leaves it as you input it rather than sorting the area code and
number correctly. The office xp does have service pack 3 installed and all
office updates and is running on a windows xp pro os.
example: if you put number in as 1235551234 it stays that way rather than
changing to (123) 555-1234.
