picture it! 2001

i recently had to reinstall picture it 2001 on my computer
but when i tried to install it, the disk stop at a certain
point and wont continue. i have files that were done on
there and i cant retreive them because i can install it on
the computer. what should i do?

Why did you have to reinstall the program?

Do you receive an error? What is it?

Try cleaning the install disks with some warm
water and a soft cloth...wiping from center to
edge...not in circles.
