pictures and email

when I forward a email that contains pictures in it no one I send it to can
see them all they see is a blank box with an x in the upper left hand corner
which cant be operated i have even forwarded to myself and once it arrives I
cant even see it

change the value 1 to 0 (zero) and it works"
