Populate Form to Outlook Mail

I'm new to designing VBA stuff. I would like to create a
form in MS Outlook, that will automatically populate the
same template. Are there any online resources for this
topic?

I would suggest asking in an Outlook newsgroup instead of a word.vba group.

microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms.
