Could you explain to me how you plan to have a single page both portrait and
landscape? I don't think any application can do that, and don't see how any
application could.
Remember, though, text boxes CAN be rotated in Publisher.

A perforated reply card could fit very nicely "turned
on its side" in one of our existing documents. Of course
we could always redesign and make it work in portrait.
