Pre-populate messages

I am running Office 2003 and am continually sending messages with the same
data in the subject field and main text. Can yanyone tell me a way to have
those fields prepopulated? I cannot get forms to work the way I want them to.
Are there any step by step type papers that can help.

Daniel Since you are not happy with creating forms I would suggest you use
the drafts concept.
Create your message as you would like it to be. Close and save it. It
saves to the Drafts folder by default.
Copy it by clicking and dragging down into the blank area while holding your
ctrl key. It will duplicate it. After you have a few you can select them
and do it again and it will duplicate it that many times. When you are ready
to send it just double click one of them, address, and send.
