preparing a Word document for public access

Is there any code which "prepares" a Word document for public access; that
is, accepts all tracked changes, removes comments, removes private
information, and otherwise keeps outsiders from seeing anything you wouldn't
normally want them to see re the documents creation/history? I realize
publishing in PDF or HTML may be a better idea, but that's not possible for
us right now.

Hi, Chip,

If you're using Word 2002 or 2003, you can try the add-in that was
recently posted at
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...ED-D43E-42CA-BC7B-5446D34E5360&displaylang=en
Some of the MVPs have tried it -- I haven't yet -- and while there are
reports of some bugs, it may work for you.
