Preserve Master-Subproject links on SharePoint

Hello--
I'm set up a Master project file and some subproject files. All the links
work fine on my local hard drive. What I'd like to do is move these files
into a folder on our team's SharePoint site. However when I do that, the
updates I'm making to the subprojects are not being reflected in the Master.
I believe that this is because the Master is still looking for the
subprojects on my local hard drive, not in the same folder on the SharePoint
site.

I haven't been able to figure out a way to put in relative paths, and we
don't really need or want to set up a Project Server. Can this be done??
