Previewing a booklet

Is there a way to view the booklet layout, using either Publisher 2002 or
2007, before printing? I know that I can view the individual pages in print
sequence. Is there a way to "flip through" the booklet from page 1 to 2 to
3, etc.?

You could create a new publication, save as a new name, set the booklet to
individual pages, you then could flip through them in sequence.
On the print preview page there is an icon on the toolbar that allows you to see
multiple pages at one time.

Thanks Mary,
Creating a separate standalone publication with single page layout sort of
defeats my purpose of trying to see how the booklet will look when printed.
If I find areas which I would like to edit, I would have to open the
original booklet, make the edits, save and resave to another name as another
standalone single page booklet to review. Far too cumbersome for me.

With regard to viewing the pages in print preview, unless I am mistaken
(likely the case) viewing multiple pages in print preview shows the pages as
they will be printed, not in page number sequence. I am creating a booklet
in landscape mode with two pages on each side (four pages recto-verso).
Therefore, page 3, for example is paired with page 26, for example.

Sincerely,
Pat Jennings

I don't know of any other workaround.

A PDF would work about the same way as a single page Publisher publication, but
it is a alternative.
